Aleix never has been title material a perfect example,e of a guy massively over achieving, fair play to him, won nothing whatsoever in the lower classes, one podium in Lord knows how many years. But he has made it work for him by being as fit as a fiddle, and doing things on bikes that he should not, I think the underdog things fits him!! He will be overshadowed this year by Miguel and hopefully Mav but we have been here so many times with Vinales.

Zarco's last lap was insane, I wonder if he planned it, he must have done!

If Marquez rode to finish he would be about where Fabio was, coming up to the back of that pack. He does not know how to do this unless he has half an arm, we all know if he is fit his brain comes out. It is up to Honda to stop this, but I doubt they will, he is their only hope of wins. He nearly lost it at tirn three first lap aswell if you look back. It has happened so many times in all classes.

What an awesome weekend, really missed motoGP! Zarco was epic in the closing stages, all credit. Ducati cup alive and well with a ridiculous speed advantage, KTM look solid and Maverick did well. The other Espargaro on the Aprilia looks like he's got his work cut out this year tbh. MM over riding a dog of a bike, it's time for HRC to start poaching talent ASAP and deliver the best bike to arguably the best rider. Otherwise Ducati will walk it this year.

No mention of Kelso crash ?

That looked horrible, hope hes OK.

M3 lived up to its usual antics, which is great.

I really rate Moreira, and also a Masia fan.

Think Holgado, Munez and the to above are going to be the major players this year.

Fenati ? Third from last.....

Arguably the GOAT probably doesn't need advice from the internet?

How many more times is the dirty bd Marquez going to get away with it...?!

Blokes a danger to himself and his fellow riders, deserves at least a 3 race ban.

Does MotoGP run a licence points system like F1 where so many penalty points within a rolling 12 months lead to a race ban?

They used to between 2013-2017 but it's been replaced with long lap, grid penalties and race bans instead.

A result of gaining pole position by slipstream. The honda is an inferior bike on the grid these days ,and MM is no longer the top of the tree. Result is him pushing way beyond both his and bike’s capability in the race. It was said ages ago that MM will never win another World Championship and as time goes on you see this is the case. The day that he had it all and lost it will forever haunt him I guess, but mean time he has to come to terms with riding within his limits before he does more than just injure someone.

I read he had a contusion on his leg, think that's fancy speak for a minor injury.

Martin actually came off worse when Marc clipped him as he's got a broken toe and injured ankle.

I enjoyed it but damn, I never thought I would see the day when there only 6 Japanese bikes in the premier class.

Hey-ho though, so long as the still knock lumps out of each other, stamp their feet and throw tantrums I'll still watch it.

It'll be KTM, Doocati or Aprilia.
