Custom seat - any recommendations?

Well i bought myself a blackbird (!) and whilst it's an impressive bike i would feel more comfortable with a slightly lowered seat.

I've read various things which imply that removing the foam and replacing with gel inserts would be my best bet, and a couple of names keep coming up; Tony Archer (in Huddersfield) and Melvin Hunter (Melboy seats).

Anyone used either of these, or have other recommendations?

Airhawk saddles seem to be the touring bikers weapon of choice. I think they'll do you a custom saddle based on the one you send them. Expensive but might be worth it.
