Hi everyone hope you can help.I have had my licence revoked on medical grounds.So ride a class 3 mobility scooter 8mph top speed ,2mph up hill(even less with the shopping),so hold up traffic,hooted at, swore at ,rude gestures..down right dangerous. Could I ride a road legal quad ,say automatic please someone give me some good news for a change thanks Will

I'm sure that it will depend on the disability, there are bikers who ride with one arm, with no use of legs etc.

Surely the DVLA would be able to answer your question or perhaps one of the Disability affliates? Sorry that I can't personally help, but best of luck with your quest.

Certainly worth following up with the DVLA or maybe your Doctor.

Not knowing your disability, I'm sure that you'd just have to show that you could control the vehicle safely etc.

I read an article a while back in a bike magazine where a BMW bike(?) was converted into a three-wheeler to accomodate wheelchairs, so anything is possible. No good for filtering but looked pretty cool.
