It sounds a bit lame, but strapped for cash, not so good with the old spanners, buy a bike and think, ah, yes buy the bits and put them on, sounds cheaper than taking it to the shiny dealers in the area. So looking for fellow biker, sounds like a date, but don't worry isn't to help service, and fit said parts when purchased, will pay for time, either cash, beer etc or both.

Mytholmroyd area (Halifax) or anywhere in West Yorkshire.

Have bought a GSX-R 750WN.

Sorry mate, it's a bit out of my way! Also, you wouldn't want me anywhere near your bike! (what's a spanner?)

Ditto, I'm too far away. I suggest trying to find a local college course to learn from if you can. A lot of jobs are simple though, so as has been said, the best way to learn is to do it.
