The Babe Cage- roll bar for bikes

So you have someone on the back of one of these bikes sitting inside the "babe cage", nice non-sexist named product I see from the good old US of A. I can see it now, Big Frank's bike has broken down and his mate Jed offers him a ride in his babe cage 
Anyway I see another flaw. For example a born again US biker forgets he's not driving his Cadillac when he pulls up at the next red light and doesn't put his leg out and his Harley falls over. The passenger in the back feels the bike falling over and in panic automatically grabs hold of the cage and they can't put a leg out properly themselves. Result crushed hand as the cage hits the ground.

Bizarre 'safety' concept from a country that still doesn't have a nationwide policy of having to wear a crash helmet when riding a murdersickle.....
And Harley's (and Jap cruisers) are heavy enough as it is without adding all that crap to one.....
