I'm getting used to it now and getting better with the nice dry weather we are having.

my only worry is the center stand and hitting it on a corner.
what would happen if I did hit it?

I have paddock stands now but not sure about taking off the center stand as its connected to the cut off throttle. how easy would it be to take it off

cheers again for any help or suggestions

If your centre stand fell down for any reason, providing it folds towards the back of the bike, all that will happen is it will bounce along the road making plenty of sparks. Have you leaned your bike over when it's static to see how far you would need to go to hit it though?

Rip the bastid off. Youve got track stands! Its only extra weight afterall.

Wouldnt your pegs scrape before the centre stand?

I’ve not ridden a Fazer specifically but I have owned many bikes with centre stands and it is very rare for them to be the first thing to hit the ground while banked over. If you do get to touch the centre stand mid corner then there is an impressive shower of sparks and an ‘audible warning’ that you can’t lean over any further. I’ve never pushed beyond this point so can’t comment further on what would happen next!!

Damage caused by parking it on it's side doesn't count mate.
