Am looking for an FZR400 engine in good working order for my hovercraft, anyone got/know the wherabouts of one??

Not really popular no, but it is ideal for what we use this one for. Most (that are affordable) don't have enough power (and four strokes are too heavy) for racing craft, bar one guy who has a GSXR750 lump in his and goes like a rocket, but for cruising up and down the river Severn they are ideal.
