I switched to the textiles a few weeks ago and they're great but doing my head in. Basically I slide around to much and find that I can't hold on to the bike with my knees like I can with the leathers so I end up holding on with my hand which means the body position and the steering go all to shite. I don't want the seat to be sticker because I like to move around but I don't want to feel like a bloody ewok every time I accelerate? Anyone else have the same problem and solved it by some ingenious yet cheap fix?

it'll improve as the textiles wear in. well it did for me anyway, but they always seem to be more slippery than leathers.
sandpaper your arse to get the shine off them?

This is th2 2nd winter for them so they should be worn in and the arse has a special rubberised patch... it's the lack of grip from my knees that bother me.
