I've already seen the new Blade a couple of weeks ago when my dealer gave me a sneak peak. I have to say while it's not the most photogenic bike out there, it kinda looks not too bad in the real life.

Probably needs a Repsol paint job to make it look better.

Not the nicest bike I've seen. Sat on it a Excel and it just feels odd, not quiet right. Not sure why but on a straw pole of the guys around they all said the same.
Have Honda missed a trick?

Actually, at the risk of courting controversy (what, me?), I actually quite like it!

Took my new son into my local Honda and he got the covers whipped off the display model and sat on it as a special treat; he was only 10 days old at the time (and you thought Pedrosa was young).

He sat their all happy and smiling as photo's were taken (though he might have been poo'ing, I'm not really sure).

Don't think I'll buy one though (the bike I mean; the baby was free), they don't really suit "generously proportioned" chaps like me...!

Ive just been in to have an unofficial sneaky peak at Grafton Honda in Milton Keynes, the reds passable but it confirmed my thoughts at seeing them at the NEC, not a great looking bike, the uglyblade title suits it well.

Does look nice in race spec thou but not many bikes dont after a bit of race prep,MZ's excluded maybe...

Think I'll nip along to the dealer on my GSX-R. Bound to get more people looking at it instead of the new Blade! wink
