Honda RS250 DC

I have rescued a 1983 electric start RS250 from a barn.
These were great little bikes.

Brilliant bike, had the kickstart version in the early 80's when the only transport we had was bikes.
After a few years it lived at the back of the garage and got used when it was ice/snow or when someone had crashed their own bike and needed transport. Top end was rebuilt at least twice. It was crashed, rebuilt, toured on and generally abused for years. Last heard of in 1995 being used to commute from High Wycombe to Wembley every day (we just couldn't kill it).

Always fancied fitting the engine from the XL500 to it but the spare cash went on tuning the 1100 Katana.

Oh those were the days.....
