Friend sat on the Duke and fell off at a standstill, the paint is chipped badly but no damage to the fairing.
Its a bugger because I want to sell the beast in the next 2 week

Would that be your ex-friend currently being seen to in the local casualty?

Sorry to hear about your woes but it sounds as if you got away lightly without bending any levers or pedals. It's so easily done.

If you get the right colour of paint it might touch up OK

Sorry to hear that but thats a lesson learned there, I never ever let anyone who doesn't own or ride bikes anywhere near my bike. I have one mate only I have ever trusted with any of my bikes or cars and him vice versa.
A prime example of a non biking mate doing me a 'favor' when visiting on the bike was for him to carry and pass me my helmet using the visor!!! He only did it once.

The only person who has ever rode any of my bikes is my Dad and it will stay that way until the day they are sold. Lucky its not caused too much damage.
