The highest mileage i know of is a Gold Wing 1500 in California.
Last i knew, Nov. 2007, it had done 182,000 miles.
One of the writers for Easyrider magazine had/has a Harley that he's ridden 750,000 miles on. It has had a couple of complete new motors over the years, and plenty of rebuilds etc, but he lives on the road and basically just rides around the USA living the life and donating to the magazine on places and events he visits.

It's ten years or so since I read the article, so he may well be over the 1,000,000 mile mark now.
That's one hell of a ride in a saddle.
have you ever heard of the Iron butt rally?

11,000 miles in 11 days. yikes

I've done 960 miles in 15 hours, South of France to Stafford, but to do that sort of thing every day for a week or more must be verging on the damn near haemorrhoidal.

My 1998 CB500 has just done 58700. Engine still appears sound, had a few things to replace along the way, ie. Rear wheel bearings, speedo cable, clutch cable but she is still going strong. 2001 ZX9R is 14000.

My ZZR had about 95,000 miles on it when I sold having just replaced the engine, my current bike (ZZR1200) has just clocked 84,000 and is still going strong with the only breakdown being a collapsed wheel bearing at 80,000, only done the valve clearances twice, changed the front discs once, replaced the calipers because I ride in all weather and they eventually seized and it's only on it's 3rd chain and sprockets.
