Please please please, can anyone rid me of the mice that follow me everytime i walk anywhere in my 6 month old Oxtar Boots.
I stop for a drink with 5 mates who walk silently into the cafe in their gear, then all heads turn as i deafen the place with my 'fingernails down blackboard' stylee racket!
Any advice greatly apreciated. Else they'l be chucked on Ebay under the 'Musical Instrument' section!!
Cheers!

WD40 round all the joints. did the trick for my old boots. didn't have to reapply at all.

thats what I use for sidi vertebraes.

wd40 is more likely to remove any grease or silicon already present

Which Oxtars? I have the TCS Sport - used to do the same thing, but I think I've cured it now (Certainly not got bad enough for me to notice yet) - been ok for quite a few months.

I greased them with some multipurpose grease around the joints biggrin - make sure you move the joints in/out while doing it to make sure it gets everywhere though.

I had the same problem with my cheap RSTs, rubbed some proper leather oil and food into them and it cured it.
