I'm off to the Ace Cafe on Sunday - to go on a BikeSafe course with the BiB. Shame the weather's going to be absolutely crap......! So no point cleaning the bike until after...... will let you know how it goes...

I've just been rescued, one of the guys from the club replaced my pads and I was paying attention so I can do it myself next time!

They're really bad! Checked the fronts, they have about 4 mm so will change them when I get home next week.
Must have been the A941, very very twisty that finished them off yesterday!

Some of you may already know that I'm driving from Houston to Enterprise (in Alabama) to collect my 2006 999s...which means about a 10 hour drive there and a 10 hour ride back!

Today I will be out shopping for bike stuff and nonsense, as all mine is in europe with my other bikes. Have set the Tivo to record all the racing over the weekend, and will no doubt watch all that on Sunday night (as long as I can move my hands).

Have you booked a chiropracter and a masseuse when you get home? Not the comfiest of bikes for a 10 hour road trip.

On Sunday I will be taking some more "post test" training, as part of working towards my Enhanced Rider qualification.

if it sticks to light showers I am taking a lady friend and myself down to rye, its a lovely ride and there is a car park there that gets taken over by bikers who stop for the village fish and chips!...and the sneaky icecream!
