Continuing the rebuild on the VFR.

Should get carbs on, and may make a start on the (custom) exhaust.

Will be working christmas day, (8-12 watch morning and night so could be worse) working boxing day, working day after boxing day. then going home after 2 and a half months at sea! woohoo!

no bike stuff planned though, my mate has got my rear tyre replaced so if weather is good can pop out for a bit, otherwise pack before going back to be a student again for 8 months after being home for 1 week!

Have a Merry and Safe Christmas everyone smile

aye its not so bad!

2 watchkeepers so you can do work while on watch, good food, entertinment, internet etc.

My last ship i was Mate on a tug with 4 crew! lol before that square riggers and ferries (Dover to ZB/Calais) so this is a lot longer trips, but the life is a lot easier!

And the weather, presented today by Sossige, sponsored by Bridgestone....

Over the Christmas period, it will be mostly dry and cloudy. Temperatures will make a return to the lower range, but it will remain dry with the occasional sunny interlude. Average temperatures in the daytime will be around 5c, with lows of -1c.
