Nearly choked when you mentioned mild weather. That sea breeze in cleethorpes tears a hole in your back. Doesn't stop the girlies wearing next to nothing on a Saturday night out in January though.

Yeh-sorry about that. I told the wife that at her age a micro skirt & thong is not a good look with 50 mph blast of -5 temps ( & she was only going to pick up an Indian take away from Clee'ps Market Place)

I am not so bothered about the cold as I have done a few tours as a pillion so have some nice warm kit, its more the whole snowing thing and not being able to do the course that is the worry.

My bike has been at the local Honda dealer since last weekend; hopefully it will be ready for me to pick up tomorrow (I'll give them a call later and see if it's ready)
