How do you test ride??

I've bought 5 bikes new, 2 used trackbikes and a used MX bike bike and never road tested any of them before buying.

Just pick one with a colour you like and buy that

Assume you're talking about second hand? A lot of dealers will have a few demo bikes for new bikes so you can pretend you're looking for a new bike you can often get a test ride. Fazer should be easy to try but you'd probably struggle to find a dealer with a demo TDM though. If you're tall enough they're a cracking first bike, took me over 10 years to find something to replace mine with... so I've now got a newer one
