Any info please ....
97 Chrysler Viper GTS Blue/white, 3 owners, I have had it since 2003, 20,000 miles off the top of my head. Belanger headers. roe high flow cats, Corsa Exhaust. 3.55 Differential, K+N filter and smooth intake tubes, 98+ radiator fan (bigger). Not many stamps in the book, but I have a log, wall of tools and a grubby service manual, I'll even include the oil and filter for your first engine oil change.

'there have been 2 last editions GTS for sale in red at £45k but they've been for sale for getting on 2 years'.

the one at octane advertised for a very long time after it actually sold, i know because it was my old car. the other final edition sold at auction to a dealer who has had it for about 6 months. quite common as it is a lhd american car with a smaller following than shall we say Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini etc.
Ah I didn't realise they were still advertising it after it sold, I did go look at the one in Guilford but the micro blistering on the roof put me off, but after speaking to a few people I found out that it was a factory fault on some vipers and the paint process, in damp conditions it would flare up and in warm conditions would settle down, so I stand corrected on the amount of time they were for sale, wasn't being critical just how I had seen the market over recent years, and yes they don't sell quickly generally but a few recent ones have flown off the shelf so that's a good sign that finally the values will start rising to where they should be

That looks lovely. Where are you based?

I presume there's a bit of flexibility in the price?

Cheers

Is this for sale on Ebay/here at the minute? Apologies if it's not the same car.

Not the same car. the one advertised for sale at the minute belongs to a club member from Manchester - see here for some pics and a video, must admit I thought it was already sold but I could be wrong http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Also featured on an episode of Top Dog on TV http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Good to see another Mustang owner over here!
