advice on viper purchase and ownership

i am hoping to get a good blue and white gen 2 for around 40k

I'm there for all 3 days in my Gen II, Saturday there should be another 3 or 4 Sunday I think we are back to 2?

Trouble is we are only a small group of 15 UK cars, and many members are spread out all over the UK .
