Shame it handles like a London Bus though....and costs the same new as a London house!!

It will be intersting to see what the new one is like though, and what (if anything) they have done to make it more driveable...

I live in hope that one of my favourite looking cars of all time will one day have a good interior and a decent suspension set up... if TVR can manage it with the Tamora then I'm sure Chrysler can do it with the Viper...

Imagine a viper that looked like a viper and handled like a Tamora, Noble M12 or an Elise? I would sell the house for one of them!!!

There's a few in the club who have driven one around a track, handling is said to have improved and the brakes are supposed to be outstanding,Porsche like, though the body doesn't look viper'ish any more. Interior looks fantastic to me, bigger engine kicking out a standard 500 bhp in US form, not sure what the euro spec will be yet

Flasher needs to come to some of our track events, or follow the FIA GT series and see the Viper out handle a GT Porsche on a tight bend.

Yes its true American cars don't handle except the Viper which in endurance set up is almost standard.

Which I might add in standard trim comes with a fully adjustable race style front and rear suspension set up.

I have given track rides to Lotus, Porshce, and others most of whom could not believe how well the Viper cornered they all expected to have me on the bends and then be away.

This is not a flame just putting the record straight.

Also I do think EVO have the wires crossed yes they have just converted some of the last batch of Vipers in Australia to RHD but at present I seriously doubt that there will ever be a RHD version until 2005 if at all.
