count me out I'll be to busy

are your cats welded on ? you'll need to get your new pipe cut to size and the ends opened up so it will slip over the existing tube

No problem if you want a hand but I wqould take off one sill and investigate first.

As Neil says your exhaust may be welded and 3" pipe does need to be flared one end.

Had a quick attack on it this evening and it all came apart like butter! My 3" pipe should fit in nice, only stripped out one side mind, hope the other side is a easy(1 hour).Fancied starting the beast up with only its short stub off the manifold down pipe but bottled it,thought i might melt the door or incinerate the drive! Can,t wait to start it up when job done and see them balls of flame out the back!Sad....but it just has to be done, not sure if i will notice the extra 5-10 bhp on top of the 580 thats already there, can in case your wondereing...yes i have been tinkering again with some more power mods ready for elvington,i think even with around 600 bhp i will only be making up the numbers, but as long as we come back with better times than last year i will be happy(looking for 1/4 mile in the 11,s and standing mile terminal 185-190?)
