I'll take it to one of them then wink

Do you know one in Surrey?

Simon's 263 sounds like a good punt.

I'd be happy with that as a pre heads figure.

The better lower & midrange power also sounds cool

I've had it running on the TB's and run in the cam but I had a few issues during the cam run in phase. So I've checked all the valve gear is working correctly, measured lift and check all lifters are straight but it still leaves my issue of the TB's getting stuck when it gets hot - so I'm switching to the old plenum for the run in phase. I have driven it in and out of the garage a few times - so the McLeod clutch works OK.. which is nice.

McLeod 10.5 inch from Real Steel. It seemed a good idea at the time but there may be better options now. I'm hoping it can cope, we will see.

I was reminded of your cutting out last night when my mate's 5 lite just cut out in front of me on the motorway heading to our hotel in Alberville.

It was pishin cats & frogs so my gut feeling is something in the fuel or ignition circuits got wet.

Anyway she came back to life & didn't do it againn which was good cos it was dark & nasty out there so not exactly the best conditions to start fault findingg.

We are completing the last hop to Le Mans today, will my multi meter be coming out of my boot.

Interesting stuff HCM. As I am running a modded 4.6 this sounds worth doing, so what part number of Vectra injectors are you using?

Ian.

Any news on this beauty Simon biggrin

Sadly I missed my 268 challenge by a mere seven Shetlands frown

But given it does that on LPG with no head work I'm still a happy camper wink
