How long have you had it?

Bought my '99 450 in October 2010, so just over four years ago. It had 56,000 miles on it then, and about 78,000 now. I had a full body-off chassis restoration when I bought it.
It has let me down once or twice, most notably dropping its sump plug on the M25, and the coil failing in France resulting in the car having to be repatriated by transporter.
But I've had great fun in it and don't regret buying it. I can't see me selling it unless I really have to.

Bought my '97 400 in August 2008. Not been much bother really, been on an AA transporter twice but neither time were TVR's fault, both times attributable to shoddy aftermarket parts. she's taken me to the Nurburgring and a long Scottish road trip with no problems as well as several track days and copious long hoons. She's looking a bit rough around the edges now but she's for driving not looking at. A new cam and total de-cat has freshened her up a bit as well as bigger brakes. I think about getting shut every year but just can't think of anything to replace her with, certainly with the same amount of character....
We bought our '98 Chim 400 in March 2003 when my wife was pregnant. We had fun turning up at dealers in a 406 estate, getting out and seeing the sales critter expecting us to be selling and announcing that we were looking to buy.
The Chim is my daily drive covering 63,000 miles since purchase and my wife drives the 406.
I get a smile driving it every day. The plan is for our son to inherit when he's ready.
