Pulling to the left
Discussion
I've driven Daz's car and whilst I didn't really notice any pulling to the left, I did notice the PAS is noticeably lighter one way than the other .. swapping out a rack to check if that's the cause isn't a two minute job however.
Also I hate to mention this when you've spent so long trying to get dampers that you like, but have you swapped the front spring/damper units side to side .. worth a try as a damper with no compression damping gives this effect ..

That raises an interesting point, is the rack centered? Mine pulled when the rack wasn't in it's centremost position no matter what geo was on it.
Wouldn't make a difference, the track ends are adjusted to suit.I bet nearly 99% of all cars that have had a 4 wheel alignment will not have the rack 100% centered
You still haven't answered my question about power steering Daz...
lots of stuff here http://www.aa1car.com/library/steerpul.htm
Including unbalanced power assist, but as all have said above get it to someone who knows what they're doing (like MS)....
Might be worth letting QBee have a drive of it, you never know it just might be your fertile imagination at work

I'd be happy to, if Daz will drive mine. I have a life threatening rattle coming from below and behind me which is liable to spoil Sunday. It's really loud and Mat Smith has been all over the underneath at the rear, and to his great annoyance not found it. It sounds like the percussion section of the Screwfix Brass Band, on acid.
If Mat's been all over it then nothing to add, except the rectangular plate that covers the silencer box has been known to generate some cacophonous noise if not correctly tightened... I seem to recall Peter having this problem some while ago....
BTW Anthony I'll be around on Saturday now, so I'm going to see if I can get into Hethel, just to say hello and watch as my back has finally gone completely crook

As Matts looked at it it can't be anything normal,, tube come free in baffle box,
You had an off at Cadwell Anthony, anything to do with that,,
Caught something and moved it onto something else,,, just systematically look from front to rear in a grid formation all over the underneath, centrally sounding, exhaust is the obvious one but Matt would work that out easily enough,, hmmmm !
Richard it would be good to see you on Sunday if you can make it, they will want your name etc to get through security,,,, Senna's ghost might be wondering around

Richard, I will call them and get you added. Come in the noisy one, Alex the TDO loves them.
Alun, I have finally located the rattle - Carbolic Lorraine rear pads don't have springs on them. Got some DS2500s on order.
