Hi.
Im sure this has been done to death, so can anybody point me in the direction of the thread which is about improving the operation/speed of the electric windows.
Ie removal clean, strip down etc etc, anything that might help to improve the operation of them.
I have used the search engine, but it comes up with LOADS of random tvr stuff...

There are owners who've wired in a relay because of low voltage inside the door, but I had 12V. I ended up stripping the mechanisms out of my doors out and cleaning out the rubber channel guides as advised by other threads. Also removed the grease embedded green felt stuff in the worm drive. Liberal use of copper grease later, they now go up and down fine.

Awful job though. I ended up with cuts and scratches on my arms that took a while to heal!
