Poor Idle / Rovergauge Help

I would like to add a note because I have experienced a bad idle problem after an engine rebuild and tried most things ie, stepper motor and found that it was the stepper plug terminal had been pushed back up into the plug so not getting contact so just levered it back into position and hey presto working fine, So before you start replacing ECUs etc, just check the stepper Plug!

maybe interesting to log your car from cold to hot with rover gauge and put your logs in excel. You can make graphs of all items and see if your measurement devices and stepper motor act as you expect. eg. plot stepper motor against rpm. or lambda's against trottle device and AFM. you should see causual effects.
