this weeks update been away for a few days and had to get the wedge finished so not a famous amount done but the chassis is now all built up with the engine g/box etc all in place does look very nice and i have made a big stab at the electrics i have moved the fuse box to behind the passenger seat and put the battery in the boot and an isolator in the rear bulkhead and run new 40mm cables to the required points so not to bad body on next week hopefully but engine bay to tidy up first.

fair bit done recently lots of electrics to sort lights half not working heater blower seized no brake lights no fans etc.etc. but all good now and a day at emerald with john mapping the k6 which resulted in very good numbers so very pleased usual niggles stepper was stuck had to weld a boss in for the lambda as car has all cats still present so quite an intense day.

quick update got the map sorted as far as cold start goes, just lean in turn the key and thats it very pleasing, but had lots of electrical problems all associated with extended storage in a wet environment seized wiper motor, seized solenoids for the central locking, lots of corrosion on the fuse board, rusted out horns etc.etc., but all sorted now bonnet and boot back on just the alarm/immobilizer to install and the carpets and roof so well on its way for its new MOT.

final post on this one this has been the most taxing restoration i have done lots of siezed stuff bolts so corroded they where not nut shaped any more and masses of electrical problems but its all done runs beautifully very strong engine making good numbers and passed the mot with no advisories so another one back on the road if i do say so myself i am well chuffed with this one.
