Oh and I think we should leave Qbee to learn the game and enjoy himself before he gets pushing it. Should be about two goes id say before his competitive instincts take over and he's trying his hardest. Steady now, new Turbo and engine,,, like a jet shouldn't you increase the speed in increments with scientists checking every parimeter of the crazy blown things before risking a Six Million Dollor Man man type catastrophe on re entry from your warp speeds :Laugh:

If the weather holds, this will be a great weekend.
As you have said Alun, lots of different cars with various degrees of output!
It is always interesting to see the differance in times relating to power.
I normally participate most of the day and miss out on watching the cars run but I am going to spectate and enjoy watching others run, (really disappointed to have missed Alun's alternative run
).
And remember, it's not just the fastest times, it's the taking part, yeh right!..................

I only have 395 bhp, and my granny will be doing the starts.
As she never drove a car in her life, and has been 6 feet under since 1991, they won't be quick.
But I am aiming at improving on a PB of 13.2, so may stand a chance.....

I did a 12.8 on road tyre's. I've have thought the AD08 are about the same grip as Rainsports,,, unless it's raining I'll lend you mine if you are struggling Anthony.
Just go low on pressures 12-15 psi should do it.
Im also thinking of enjoying more spectating, I get a bit addicted to the que and waiting in line, your buzzing from a run and buzzin for another and the anticipation and frankly showing off your car to the general public as you slowly roll up. Good craic and far to addictive. Getting your timing ticket, it's all such a thrill,,, til you see your dismal times
But then you get it together and bang a time in, even if it's 29th fastest TVR it's still like a win, and winning is the best thing ever. I'm racing myself is how I actually see it, good job as I'm always second with these really fast Tvr around me.

Well you have the power so its yours for the taking... if that launch control doesn't, hold you back or you 'lose' your boost again 
I've tried the launch on the road its pretty brutal 
Still need to try flat shift if it ever stops raining

Records are set to be beat. That's it really. I'm ok with that. I've found out how hard it is and how fast a car you need to be anywhere near these top boys and I'm very proud of my time, could be better I think but hey. Whoever goes fast or sets personal fastest times I understand the achievement and I applaud us all for simply doing it.
Not sure I need the tyre's Frank, Rainsports are getting Daz down to really fast times so no excuse really. Just playing
I love the racing banter, if it's all tongue in cheek a right blast, at my age I don't think I should take my racing to serious
