There's a company on eBay called Zed Zed Tops - they specialise in Z3 but they do other makes and models as well. They do really good half covers - waterproof, breatheable and they have magnets round the edges so you get a nice seal that doesn't get blown or flapped by the wind. I'm really happy with mine - unless I forget to put it on and it rains (car has no rear windscreen). It does its job really well.
