The Audi looked fast though, 1/2 second lost in reaction time alone but sort of hung on for such a heavy car, it’s time must have been pretty good.
I really like the look of the track all of a sudden!
Such a pity the other boys had problems seeing the quality of this video,,,,, a lot you can read from them, the racing would have been mega.

It is quite strange to see cars that you immediately identify as a drag racer...big engine, pipes and tech bits everywhere, huge slick tyres, multi coloured and covered in sponsorship stickers. And yet gets beaten, big time, by a road legal car that could quite easily have driven there from Portsmouth.Steve

My best of 1.51sec=2.2sec 0-60
The Audi I believe had a lot of mods and money spent on it.

How do you calculate it exactly as I can’t suss it!
Barry saved the day from total Tvr disaster by the looks of it.
I bet that Audi was high 11’s or even low 12’s as Barry was pulling away at the end,it seemed quite even mid race.
Bazza the Tvr wheelie king,,,, are you sure as that’s got to be a first and a world record in itself.
It looked like you were almost there at Shakey

We should get TVRCC to cover a proper shoot out of Tvr cars one year.

Chris did a 12.9 late in the day.
1st run was just a shake down road tyres normal pressures. 2nd was some old tyres run aborted 3rd run was road tyres at 15psi his best.
My best 13.8 so for now you are safe.
However I wont go there again for 6 runs in an 11 hour period for £42.

In fact it was 3 runs in 11 hours for 42 each.
Both 12 to get in and 30 to run times.
