DM - Looking a bit further into this question of unleaded fuel and from what I can gather, leaded fuel lubricated the exhaust valve seats. If your engine has hardened valve seats then unleaded shouldn't give you a problem.

But, come on tech experts what's the full answer to the question?

It's in the bible. It is in the unleaded FAQ on my website. TVRs only used leaded before cats because of the higher octane.
