What's your middle name, Ron? (initials fine)

I'd suggest R400 R?W (for Rover 400), C400 R?W (Chimaera 400) or V8 R?W

You're in luck if your middle initial is C, D, F, G, H, J, K, L, N, P, R, S, U, V, W or X, as you can have V8 R?W - got to be the ultimate registration short of V8 TVR in my opinion. I just wish I had a car young enough to wear a V8 plate and that my initials were available.

Check their availability and price directly with DVLA before going to an agency, as many of these places just act as a middleman between you and the DVLA - so cut out the middleman!

The URL is www.dvla-som.co.uk/search/index.php

R400 RON and C400 RON are unavailable, but V400 RON is £999 at DVLA.

Also, V800 RON (V8 Ooooooo Ron!) at £999

These prices are all-in, inclusive of VAT and transfer fees, BTW.

I'd like one for my L reg 4.3 - any ideas? I have a personal plate on my everyday car but prefer something TVR-ish for the Chim.

L43 TVR would be nice -

Anything ending in TVR looks great, especially if the spacing on the plate is done correctly.

Thanks everyone for ideas and for the private e-mails sent, I have just sorted out new number not my first choice but i"m happy
Went after R7 TVR but did"nt bid enough that would have been the best, second was T80TVR so look out for it and give us a wave,
If your looking for a number i can recommend asking on PH as was offered quiet a few different interesting numbers and most at reasonable price so get asking or offering but at fair rates
Thanks again Ron
