Sikaflex/Tigerseal - Halfords about £10 a tube.
Don;t get it on your hands or anything else that you don't want it on.

Sikaflex 221 is brilliant stuff - cheapest from eBay, around £12 I think.
Mask the area - take your time on this.
Wear latex/rubber gloves (it really really does not come off your hands unless you scrub down with white spirit within 20mins), have numerous pairs (buy a box) and when you've got a blob or two on your smoothing fingers (if it will be seen), change the gloves.
Keep white spirit to hand, again within an hour of applying you can rub away any excess/smears quite happily from the area.
Sounds a bit excessive, but it really is sticky stuff, and can become messy if you're not careful.
You can achieve a very good finish though if you take care

Hi I have remove my headlamp lens to refurb the reflectors and now I want to put them back. What is the best black stuff to seal them back in with?
Thank you in advance
Pete
Where did you get your reflectors refurbed Pete and how much? I was told by a supposed expert, that you cant fire chrome far enough into them to get a decent finish!Thank you in advance
Pete
I got mine re-silvered at Silchrome for £107 all in 3 years ago. Took about 4 weeks.
Finish was slightly more matt than I expected, but they work fine and it was not mentioned on the MOT (the original corrosion was). I use LED bulbs when it not at the MOT to keep the temperature down in the units.
