For those of you with blue chims out there (mine's cureton green) Halfords superstores are now stocking blue (yes, blue) indicator repeaters for the 1994 on fiesta/mondeo. They looked pretty damn weird on my car so I went for the clear ones, but it did cross my mind that they'd look great on a Paris Blue/Jaguar Ice Blue/Crystal Verde Tiv. Cost is 17.99 and you'll have to get the ex-Max-Power assistant to open the glass cabinet for them. 2 mins per side to fit. Don't be tempted by the 'Universal' fit 'smoke' coloured ones - they use nasty stick-on pads. Just a thought....Tant

ps. which reminds me...anyone know what happened to the Leven alloy air vent saga? Still not on their website ... Jam tomorrow???

Wikked man!

I bought the same things for 3.99 the pair from my local Motorists Discount Centre. They do make a blue car look good (the blue ones obviously). See my profile.

I do like the 'new improved' Halfords, but sometimes their margins amaze me.

Cosmos Blue, but 'deeper' than the usual Cosmos Blue - don't ask me why.

I thought I read previously that the side repeaters were a bugger to replace?

Is it really that simple?

5 minute job, they are held in with a spring clip which can be a bit fiddly but not exactly rocket science, just don't let the bulb/cable disappear into the hole and down into the inner wing

Yeah - its the front indicators that are a bugger to replace.
