Just got my first TVR S798JRN

Picked her up yesterday from Racing Green, If anyone know anything about this car please let me know some history, (hopefully good) The first owner was TVR, I just wondered if she was in any articles etc. Also do they all leak around the roof? Advice? will post more news of the joys of ownership as they happen. Flashed at a fellow owner for the first time (these simple pleasures!) but he was probably pre occupied with plod on his tail on the A31

Seal the roof with Thompson's patio sealer..... there are loads of threads on here about leaks.... roofs or otherwise.

Welcome to the joys, and otherwise, of TVR ownership. You will find that for the next few months you will be grinning like an idiot just thinking about going for a drive.

If you saw a cooper green Chim going west, that was possibly me as I had been for a quick(?) blast up to the Virginia Waters meet - not that I noticed any plod :makesnotetolookinrearviewmirrormore:

The car I passed was heading north from Corhampton (I think) It was my first drive and I was taking a while to come to terms with it all, getting there a bit now. I was heading for home (Southampton). I do hope to meet up at the Hen and Chicken next time they all meet, or whenever the next get together in Hampshire is
