CRASH BANG WOLLOP

I have a 95 Chimp, I need some answers on suspension if poss please, Since ownership I've noticed it crashes over pumps and pot holes, this is normal for a high performance lite car, but I wondered what experiences you guys & girls have had with replacement shox and springs. I have standard all round. What is the best to fit. Can I actually get a better ride than I've got now over the rough Kent roads or what! TA
