Removing/replacing bonnet single handed

Does anyone have a technique for this, or am I just going to have to get some friends?

Get some mates I'd have thought. The risk/cost involved doing it yourself & knackering it far outways a few beers for a mate or two.
And before you ask, I'm already busy.....

Get two. One on each side while you go round undoing the various bits and lift off. Some cushions/foam for resting the bonnet on can also be useful.
