Exhaust replacements...

Any recommendations for a straight replacement system (cats back)? Not necessarily a "sports" one (though might be ok if not too loud)...preferrably stainless. I'm assuming the OEM one is an arm and a leg?

Not rusted through, but cross-brace mounting tail -pipes has fractured. Anyone successfully welded one on the car...or made a repair bracket?
