Out of curiousity (and as a potential buyer next year) what were MikeyT's buying criteria?

Gotta say that Nora's car sounds like an attractive proposition but unfortunately it's probably a case of right car - wrong time.

As mentioned further up the thread... set a limit on what you'll spend, the colour(s)/equipment you want and mileage (roughly)

It was a good run home, tried to flash a Cerby going down the M1 and put the wipers on instead!!

I've got to get used to them being on the opposite side to my Supra & Spitfire.

ah ha! mine does that too, if I flash the lights the wipers come on, only once mind, see, I'm not going mad...missus wont believe me, kids think I'm mad but oh no, I know the car is trying to drive me crazy it's not me......wibble
