I have a stainless version fitted and it definitely makes a difference at speed certainly stable at 145 mph on an airfield (of course).

I have a similar problem with my iPad 1. It's all the adverts loading. I have to be very patient or it crashes

So onwards and downward this week and I will have a bash at the 1/3 gutter variant

My only decision is do I go for grey/white or black guttering,, , I ripped my alley one off ages ago whilst straddling a curb.

You could be a tad more pro, Alun, and get one made out of stainless. 900 mm long and 75mm wide, with a 45 degree angle on the midline. It does actually help the handling and reduce bonnet flap.

Stainless,,, it's pointless as its a matter of time before I rip it off again on some speed hump or other. That pic above is what you want and it'll do the job just as good. I've been running without mine for ages and it's not really an issue unless your above 100 mph. I'm more inclined to think it helps get air into the engine bay than any great downforce effect.
I just like the ingenuity of Peters very cost effective solution.

Is that a dig! Not very funny if it is.
I was washing my wishbones down yesterday,,, so I could inspect them for cracks,,, is that funny too.
There's a lot of very good reasons to clean and polish things Anthony and mostly about safety and as that's a thing close to my heart I'd rather you think ahead mate!
