Problems with radical sportcars

Hi Everyone
This is just a cry for help !
I have bought a Radical SR3 and have not had anything but problems with the car and is getting no support what so ever fron Radical motorsport UK!
They are not even answering my phone calls anymore!
Has anybody had the same experinces ?
Has anybody any good ideas, since the car is not possible to use without it is breaking down, I have now prepared the "legal way" since I have had the car since april but has not done one single lap without braking down, but think it is a bit drastic!

I ALSO HAVE AN SR3 WHICH WENT WELL BUT FOR NO APPARENT REASON BLEW THE ENGINE TO BITS,HOWEVER AFTER 2 PHONE CALLS TO RADICAL [WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF IT BLOWING]THEY AGREED TO AND STOOD BY WHAT THEY SAID AND COVERED THE COSTS OF A NEW [05 RECON] ENGINE AS WELL AS SENDING A MAN OVER TO INSTALL IT. WE WENT THE NEXT DAY TO MY LOCAL TRACK IN N. IRELAND AND TESTED IT AND ALL WAS FINE . I HAVE HAD 1 RACE MEETING SINCE AND IT PREFORMED FAULT FREE.
MY COSTS WERE LIFTING THE ENGINEER FROM THE AIRPORT AND PUTTING HIM UP FOR ONE NIGHT. NOTHING ELSE.

in the beginning very strange salesmen ( he was then fired ) and then several tries to sort out my problems but all the time "somewere" the chain breaks !
Before I bought the car I only heard good things about Radical, but now it is very difficult for me !
The staff is very helpfull but management is very hard to work with ....

They have promissed some many things that they have not keept and now I just want to return the car !

I have had engine problems and I dealt with Ted Hurrell who heads up Powertec. He has been nothing but straightforward, fair and kept his word 100%. If you have an engine issue I would talk to him. Failing that I would speak to one of the owners of Radical before going the legal route and see what they will do for you. Whatever problems you are having I am sure they can be solved as there are hundreds of these cars out there running reliably, so I am sure that they can make it right for you...sounds like you need to go to the top to sort it out.

Paul Dujon is doing a great job, but the support he is getting from Nick Dove and Phil Abbot is very poor !
I did also speak wih Tedd who told me it was perfect OK to have 15% difference in compression ration on one cyl. !!!!! when then engine was opened by Radical sweden the had to replace 7 valves and rings !!! ( Radical Sweden is also doing a very very good Job ! )
I was promissed a road reg. for the car and that has also never been supplied !
Just many diffent things that has made me losse all confidence in Radical, sad to find out that after I have purchashed a SR3 Turbo !
