XJR Power Steering Pump

XJR power steering pump went on New Year's Eve, got Jaguar Assist out on Monday to look at it and transport to garage. Car failed at a friend's house in Kent. Asked warranty company to take to me dealers, R A Creamers in Kensington. Car not arrived to them the nex day, phone warranty co. to ask where car is, informed it's in Lancaster, Sidcup! Now informed by Lancaster that Jaguar have no stock of stearing pumps and don't know when they will get any. This can't be right.....can it?????!
