HA HA!!!

Success!!

I can't believe that after our banter over waving and such, you drove past me on the M3 yesterday!! Between J5 and 6, at about half past four. She looked sweeeet!
Sadly, I was being taken to the pictures by two beautiful ladies in their Seat. Sorry about that!

No way! Did you spot the no.plate? I was on my way down to Wilts for a few days. Thanks for the , sheis now totally filthy again

Have to start a 'sightings' thread, but get the feeling there won't by much of a following

Have to have a mini-Jag meet, preferably at the Hogs Back Brewery, for a tasting or two?

Sounds good to me. I am free almost all the time at the moment, but I might find myself in the Far East in the not too distant future... It all depends on HRH Tony.

As long as there is an 'R' you'll be most welcome Laurie.

Wokka is Tony off on holiday again then? Will that be for good?

I'm around all this week, if you wanna meet up for an ale in the afternoon. (before the Misses gets back )

Work is problematical for me to get away during the afternoon this week but could get there for say 6pm (work in Guildford). If you need to do it earlier you guys go ahead and I'll catch you next time round. Cheers.

Ok looks like a Type 'R' mini-meet on Friday, if that suits? Can do a 6pm if needs be, got the nod from my lady!

I'm new to the area any ideas, nice pub with fire and a good ale?

I know a really nice place called Elstead Mill in, well, Elstead. Come out of Guildford on the A3, heading towards Petersfield. After the A3/A31 road split, continue down the A3 for approx 3.5 to 4 miles, then turn right onto the B3001 for Farnham. Elstead is 2 miles further down this road, with the pub being large and obvious on the left hand side, set back slightly from the road. It is excellent, with good ales and food, but is a bit of a maze inside. See you all at the bar at six-ish, if this suits?

Jonnie.

I reckon you guys have the makings of a great little club, basing it on the "R" models
Friday, 5.30 p.m at Elstead Mill. The inaugural meeting. That's a piece of history in the making.
I am going to have to be there LaurieB, Wokkadriver and Triple 7. So now that's 4. I will bring the Racing Green XKR demonstrator, which has the full exhausts (and one or two other bits) Triple 7 - in case you haven't decided yet !! But the main aim will be good company and a beer. Bit like the old days in Denham LaurieB !!
