Whilst out and about yesterday, I saw at least 3 XEs which seemed to be pre-production cars on the A350 heading north towards Chippenham. I thought they'd be past this stage now? Anyone 'in the know' know what they'd likely to be testing/calibrating still?

New models probably. They are planning a halo model for some time after the diesel rattler launch.

They are talking about R versions with the 5 liters and also later SVR versions

How'd you know they were still PP?

Just the camo?

Very light camo markings, no badges on the back, red/white plate on the bonnet rather than the usual place under the grille. All LHD.

Two of them looked like fairly normal models - dinky wheels, no S intakes. Dark blue one had larger rims but didn't notice what intakes it had.

They do stand out in the traffic, head on especially.

Development doesn't really stop. Vehicles for other territories still in development plus mules for other bits and pieces.

Followed one today out of Stratstone Houghton. Looked quite nice in black.
