Anyway. After the test drive on Sunday (25 mins) I thought the seats felt ok for me. Collection day is Friday and the dealership is 1.30 hours away from home. I will let you know. wink

BTW. Its the rear wheel drive, not all wheel smile

That’ll give you time to get used to the stupidly childish noises you can make with it laugh

Gearstick in sport mode, dynamic mode on, use the paddles...
And don’t put the ‘instantaneous mpg’ on the dashboard- it curbs a bit of the fun.

What colour / spec have you got?

End of next year Jon are you going to be found lurking around the Ferrari forums?

More pics to come.

Had no problem with comfort so far. In fact I found it more comfortable than the XKR.

Had a good run on Friday after collection from Bristol. Over a 100 miles and all good so far.

Anyway. The sound, the way it drives and looks makes up for any discomfort biggrinbiggrin

Great looking car, but I thought the R came with side skirts as standard?

I’ve driven cars with bucket seats all my life with no problem.

When I had the issue with the F Type the specialist said that the nerve becomes far more exposed and sensitive when people reach about 50.

I was two months past my 50th birthday!

Now I’m 51 and look for cars with flat seats! Tough ask in sports cars! :-(

Ha ha. Great noises indeed.

Be careful as you lift off after whizzing swiftly past a cyclist. Bang bang pop! I’ve had a few fists waved at me and I wasn’t doing it intentionally at all.

Don't worry about it, cyclists like to wave their fists at anything going faster than them or within 20 yards.

Not sure about that. That's how is was. Don't the sills get very dirty?
