Recently purchased , very nearly went for a later 5ltr XKR but in the end was swayed by this ! Was very much drawn to the fact it is a rare beasty,1 of 50 rhd cars, and has a fair few differences to a 'standard' car.
I love the way it looks and it goes pretty well also.
Cracking history with the car and been very well looked after, i am however a fussy old bugger so the wheels are due a refurb to bring back to scratch.
First thoughts are very much 'i bought the right car' !

I was looking at one of these the other day, thinking how good it looked and very rare as you say.

As an early P/header once said " available in any colour so long as its black " !
But, yes, although a so and so to keep clean ,when it is it looks fantastic.

Congrats - the car looks great. Did they tune the R-S engine from the standard R? Could be a future classic!

Only engine 'mod' was lifting the limiter to 174mph...was the fastest Jag built
(save the Xj220) changes to suspension, steering, massive brakes, body kit, 20" Vortex wheels, fully loaded spec at the time, i reckon it will be (is ?) a future classic. Was built as a sort of 'skunk works' project and lots of the bits went onto future Jags. Me like it a lot !

I really like that - interior is a sort of halfway house between the old X100 and the new X150 with the rotary shifter. Great car to buy, well done!
