Powerfold Mirrors

Hi all,
I'm in the process of fitting powerfold door mirrors to my '98 XJR in place of the original manual items.
I thought that all the necessary electrics were already installed within the car and it would simply be a case of plugging the new ones in... evidently not, as they don't seem to be working.
I assume therefore, that there must be a module / relay which need fitting somewhere?
Question 1) Does anybody whether it does need a module?
Question 2) Does anybody have one, or know of where I could get one at less than main dealer prices?

There is a module which, on an XKR is, I believe incorporated with the seat module.
I only know this because when Racing Green replaced my original seats for Recaros the powerfold back mirrors have been very problematic.
It may be worth contacting Chas or alternatively John Millar on this forum.

There should be two relays for the powerfold in the left hand side rear healboard enclosure.(total four relays)
OPERATION. From JTIS Disk..
Door mirror fold-back where fitted, to facilitate parking in confined spaces, can be initiated when the ignition switch is in position I or II, the mirror selector switch is in the central position and vehicle speed is below 19 km/h (12 mph). Mirror fold-back is then initiated by moving the toggle switch rearwards and releasing it. The door mirrors are returned to the normal driving position by again moving toggle switch rearwards. There is no speed constraint on this operation.In the event of a fold-back mirror becoming 'out of position' due to accidental impact, it must only be re-positioned by initiating the fold-back sequence.Loss of power supplies will result in loss of mirror fold-back memory. In the event of such a memory loss with mirrors in the normal position, fold-back will operate on second movement of the toggle switch. On loss of memory with mirrors in the fold-back position, they will return to the normal position on next fold-back operation.

OK, got a feeling I'm being stupid now...
Have phoned up the dealer for a price and was told four-thirty-two.
Having experienced Jaguar parts prices before I took that to be £432 and said thanks, but no thanks. Now I'm sitting here thinking, it's only a couple of relays.... maybe it's £4.32?
Reluctant to call back again to check incase I was right first time and I don't want the embarrassment - so I thought I'd ask 40,000 members of PH instead
So, which price sounds right?
