Yep. All done, got it on Saturday. Just washed it.

Bill to the warranty company was about £2600.

Mine XF 5.0 was exhibiting similar weird rough idle symptoms, turned out to be dirty maf sensors, a 15 minute job to clean both and the issue was solved. If you haven't done this already, I suggest you try it.

Interesting, thanks for that. I cleaned the MAFs on my old 4.2 in an unsuccessful attempt to cure repeated fault codes relating to the MAFs so I might give that a shot.
