I’ll get that book thanks as I do like to get involved in the car and not just leave them to the dealers .

Great news thumbup

The abiding memory from my test drive was the view over the bonnet - like an XJ6 but lower.

Enjoy your day!

Congratulations. I have a black 5 litre portfolio coupe with an ivory interior. I love it, so does everyone else. It's a lot of car for not a lot of cash. Been utterly reliable so far, with only an erratic parking sensor so far.

Mine in black with the ivory interior a 4.2 portfolio, I’ve got a bit of a vibration when going above 70 all through the car , I’ve had the fronts balanced when I changed a tyre but think it may be the rears , they are big tyres on the back, I do like the car very much so far.

My 2010 XKR is the best automobile I have ever owned and that is from about 3 dozen cars and my exotic De Tomaso pantera. I have 180,000 miles on it, it looks like new, drives like new, is reliable and supremely quick with about 600 horses (pulley and tuned) under the hood. I've tracked it many times, never misses a beat. Just love driving it everyday.
