That's not a lease agreement, it's a purchase agreement.

Indeed, and at that price, you'd certainly want to be purchasing afterwards. £30k in 3 years.

I found one last year for a bargain price with the guys at Able Car Leasing. Not sure if they've got a current deal on but worth a try.
